The 130,000 people of Xerox serve clients in more than 160 countries. ? Acquisition Learning Program CoordinatorResponsibilities: Bridge Learning Series Program (80%) ? ScheduleSubject Matter Experts (SME)Global Speakers; Ensure materials provided met learning objectives ? Assist converting SME materials to Bridge standard material templates ? Own program registration process and set up; respond to all participant logistical challenges ? Manage preparation and delivery of weekly large group global sessions utilizing global conference providers ? ManageWebex events preparation and delivery; create recordings during sessions ? Sync voice recordings and webex recording ? Post relevant session materials, recordings and registration logistics to website; Maintain archives ? Collect and compile participation & evaluative metrics (and trends) to find areas of continuous process improvements ? Partner with Technology team, HR team and communication team to alleviate barriers to program success ? Assist in creating pre-session awareness communications campaigns ? Drive forward continuous improvements to create quick large scaleopportunities utilizing the most contemporary solutions and variety of large group learning ? Create job aids using materials from the sessions L&D Coordination Support (20%) ? Lead logistics management& administration related to design, development and delivery of various new bridge learning programs and projects ? Compile inventory of learning assets/resources acquired from incoming organizations as required ? Create toolkits for managers and employees utilizing current learning content ? Track & maintain metrics to ensure overall learning targets are being achieved and shared with HR Integration leaders ? Maintain Learning Management System for all efforts Skills Required: ? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or Information Management ? Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience ? Detailed Oriented and strong ability to multi-task ? Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the client organization ? High level of proficiency in Microsoft Products ? Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills Skills Desired: ? Webex Event Center Proficiency ? Demonstrated experience in Learning Management Systems ? Strong Problem Solving Skills ? Interest & experience utilizing new technologies ?
