Over the years we have been in business we have had numerous requests to manage properties.? We have? decided to offer the service? to our clients many of whom reside overseas. What will the new service entail?
- Property inspections?
- Reports on a quarterly basis
- Rent collection
- Checking of inventory at end of tenancy.
Because such a service is labour intensive we cannot offer? the service generally.
